This project covers an area of 6,400 square meters. From 2023 to 2025, the total investment for Phase I and Phase II amounted to approximately 390,000 USD. It is a dinosaur-themed amusement park integrating mini-golf experiences, island hotel accommodation and specialty restaurants. Regular business hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. From October each year to May of the following year, business hours are extended to 23:00 p.m. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are peak days with an average daily footfall of up to 1,000–1,500 visitors, while on regular leisure days the average daily attendance is about 500 visitors.
